Notice to Patients of our West Linn Office

We are sorry to share the news that Willamette Falls Pediatric Group will be closing its
West Linn office, located at 1750 Blankenship Road in West Linn on August 27, 2026.

Going forward, WFPG will concentrate our resources on our two established clinics in
Oregon City and Canby. Our providers will continue caring for your children with the same
integrity and dedication that Dr. Cooley has shown. We will all miss Dr. Cooley’s excellent
bedside manner and her warm, personal communication style.
