Dr. Huerd is pregnant! It’s a girl! Her due date is 9/2/2026. She will be taking a 12-week maternity leave and will be back to her full schedule upon her return. Her patients can be seen by providers in Oregon City and Canby while she is on maternity leave.

Given that Dr. Cooley is unlikely to be able to return, WFPG has made the decision to better serve our patients by closing the West Linn office and consolidating our resources at our other two locations (Oregon City and Canby). The timeframe for when the West Linn office closure is not yet known.

Dear Families,

After 36 wonderful years of caring for your children and being part of your lives, I am writing to share that I will be retiring from pediatric practice. My last day in the office will be May 29th, 2026. The other providers at the practice will still be available and there is a search currently for my replacement.

This decision comes with a full heart and deep gratitude. Since first started working in Oregon City in 1990, it has been one of the greatest privileges of my life to watch your newborns grow into toddlers, your toddlers into students, and your students into confident young adults. Caring for generations of families has been more than a career- it has been an honor.
